CIT Concepts for 9-1-1 Personnel

Pat Doyle, a nationally recognized trainer has 20 years of progressive experience in authoring, and creating innovative mental health training programs. Pat is a 12-year CIT Illinois Law Enforcement Training & Standards Board [ILETSB] instructor. Pat desires other local community agencies to learn de-escalation techniques taught to CIT law enforcement and how to assist CIT law enforcement for the best possible outcome. This course is certified by the Illinois Law Enforcement & Standards Board as part of the CIT series.
